Assembling Your FootCore MAX

Three easy steps and you are up and running!

place your heel in the silicone cup and find the screw hole nearest the base of your pinky toe.

Attach the paddle to the baseboard using the hole from step 1.

The paddles should be facing forward with the texture side up.

How to use

The FootCore MAX

Practice for 3 minutes a day. The more you use it the better your feet will feel.
1. ALIGN THE PADDLE UNDER THE BALL OF THE FOOT
The paddle should be parallel with the lines on the baseplate. Make sure your toes are not on the paddle.
2. RELAX YOUR FOOT
Try to focus and concentrate on your feet. This process will feel awkward at first but that is ok.  You just need to practice.
3. PULL IN AND LIFT UP
Your goal is to pull the paddle inwards by lifting your arch up. When you have pulled it in, then relax and let the paddle slide back to the starting point.
